Gwent Square of the Month August 2023: ST3182

Located south of Newport, this square has been selected as it contains zero Seaweed (Alga) records. There are 157 non-sensitive species previously recorded within the square, a list of these species can be viewed on Aderyn (link below). This square mostly consists of the estuary of the River Usk, but there is a small area of coastline in the north-west corner. The square includes a short section of the Wales Coastal Path.
